I think it has become obvious that what I was eating is the cause of my weight gain. After only one day of actually paying attention to my food intake I've dropped almost 7 pounds. I suspect that much of it is water weight brought on by months of heavy salt intake.
I hope that following this again will lead to me losing 74 more pounds. 205 seems to be a pipe dream but it would put me at high side of normal for my height according to BMI (Which I don't really trust but is useful as a metric)
One day down, I'm thinking 6 months to go before I go back into maintenance mode but if it's working but I'm not at my goal weight I'll keep it up til I'm at the goal.
