Husband insisted on stopping at Red Robin for lunch yesterday after our Costco trip. I don't think he understands how important this is to me. I ate half a prime rib dip, 3 onion rings and some fries. Skipped dinner. At least my weight maintained!

They do have some healthy fare there. You can get grilled chicken and a side of veggies. I think they also have soup, chili, side salads etc. but it is hard when your out sometimes.
