This may look weird but it's a yolkless egg salad sandwhich. Cuts out the cholesterol and cuts down on the calories a bit too. Tastes pretty good imo though not quite the same as with the yolk.

I love cottage cheese, never tried it on toast though.

I'm with you, JohnZerne. I see a lot of people doing things that I think are wrong-headed, but I try to just scroll past, don't hit support, and certainly don't comment to tell them they're wrong. Maybe if they're specifically asking for advice, I might tell them what works for me, but tell them what they should put in their mouth? Nope. I bristle when people get in my space and try to tell me what I should or should not eat when I didn't ask them

Add a spinkle of turmeric for the yellow along with a sprinkle of black salt. Not expensive and adds the taste of scrambled eggs. I bought both on Amazon.

Writingwyo, exactly.

Lindy, oh I forgot we had black salt! That would've been perfect. I'll remember next time.

This is the article that was shared: I'm going to delete every comment by the original poster because I'm not interested in continuing to be argued with and spoken down to. However I leave this article to show that even within the article it says cholesterol should be avoided by some people. https://health.clevelandclinic.org/why-you-should-no-longer-worry-about-cholesterol-in-food/

While I personally love the aesthetic of the white-on-white of your 🥚’s, I perhaps might sprinkle some Everything But The Bagel seasoning 🧂 just bc I’m a salty wench (arrh! 🏴‍☠️) I also want to let you know that FatSecret suffers from a good lot of pirates and trolls lol Comparisons to one another, when not done carefully or with good intent, can be rather toxic. Best practice, IMO, is to laugh when it’s funny, balk when it’s ridic, but never EVER actually allow it to get inside your head. There’s no reason for rudeness but sometimes it’s easy to hide behind an account handle and strike from behind a keyboard. We call them keyboard warriors where I’m from lol I think your WOE (way of eating) is fantastic and you can definitely ignore any neigh sayers. LDL & HDL are complicated and certainly no one should be dishing out medical advice on a FatSecret post about eggs. Yet, here we are 😆😂🙄🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚 Yeah the last time eggs were this controversial on FatSecret is when I ate my eggs on a paper plate while I was camping and got attacked LOL I was pregnant and I did not take kindly to that criticism but I’m also autistic and have issues with rejection sensitivity dysphoria LOL anyways I digress. Carry-on.

But also John if you could just wait to delete the juicy controversial commentary until after I’ve read up on it I’d appreciate it thanks. I only got as far as HK3 saying the mayo clinic was a wacko institution and then everything was gone so now I’m sad. The world may never know 🐸

JohnZerne, your approach is right. There are a few posters who are convinced that because they've lost a little weight, their approach and beliefs are the only way and that it's their duty to preach. Yes, delete and ignore because they cannot be reasoned with.

KayBuckaroo, I keep seeing "Salt Life" stickers for the beach and every time I do I think, "that's not my preferred salt life. Mine is salty chips, salted caramel, salty French fries...and on and on." We've got some of that everything but the bagel seasoning. Sounds like an excellent addition!

The guy that started “salt life” stickers etc was found guilty of murdering his teenage girlfriend so I’m surprised there’s so many salt life stickers still out there. I love the beach and French fries! 😋

Wow. I hadn't heard that.

Yeah it was all over the news. Very sad.
