Holy hell, Mrs went away for a week and I went out a lot and got takeaways along with doing lots of cycling and football, hopefully mostly water weight 😅
92.2 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
