@santikasinsin200 ohh kalau kemaren aku main butt sama leg (Chole ting x brett) , aku wonya pake dumbell sama resistance bands di rumah ,karna gak sempat pergi ke gym😌

Sorry gak bisa tag satu satu😅, aku wo butt and leg di rumah ,chloe ting x brett ,durasi sekitar hampir sejam (walaupun di chloetingnya 28 menit tapi cuma skip beberapa waktu restnya), alatnya cuma pake dumbell sama resistance bands (dua duanya beli di shoppe )

@arsitanov ,kalau aku kalori perhari sekitar 2200-2700 (fase bulking) ,gak semua makanan aku input dalam sehari ,karna yg aku input di fs cuman untuk mantau protein harian aja 😎

@cuniell aku lagi diet nambah bb ka, mau nambah massa otot ,iya seperti makan diatas tdee, wo lower body 2-3x seminggu (skrg gak terlalu konsisten lagi karna tugas & ujian sekolah dll) , menuhin protein 2x bb dll

@chandra.harianto aku mau fokus makan diatas tdee ka, tapi karna ada ujian sama tugas dll jadi bulan" ini rata rata sama dengan tdee ,dan latihannya pun gak terlalu konsisten jadi merasa lower body agak menyusut😅
