6/2 Doing well. Feels great to get carbs out of my system-bloated feeling gone so the 3.5lb loss feels like a lot more. Waking up more rested (and willing to face my closet--much easier to find something that fits :) It's good to be back.
70.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
