Since calories have gone down so has my energy. ZAP-gone. Two days in a row I have taken a nap. I did some posing tonight and I feel like I have so much body fat around my hips and abs. Everyone i've talked to think i will be ready for the show but never-the-less I am nervous that I will have fat left over. I want to do well in this show... Cardio tomorrow! but now weights.
