Starting over stinks. Between dealing with chronic pain and going back to work full time after being a stay at home mom for years, I’ve eaten my feelings for months and have gained back more weight than I lost. I am at an all time high. No time for self pity. I know that when I am using my food journal and walking regularly I feel better and do better. I’ve been back in the gym twice this week, drinking tons of water, and I am eating within my calorie range. I have started intermittent fasting which mostly helps bc I tend to eat junk for breakfast and crave sweets late at night. It helps to keep my caloric intake between 12 pm and 8:00 pm. Eventually I’ll go back to full days but keeping meals and snacks within my calorie goal.
