I haven't been able to follow Atkins the last 3 days. Between all of the doctor's appointments, work and then Jeff's surgery, it wwasn't possible. I haven't gotten in the carbs I needed at all. I didn't totally blow it but it was the best I could do. My hubby is sort of passed out on the couch. He had such nausea, vomiting and pain. That is a little beeter now and he is snoring. I think tonight will be a rough night for him but we'll get through it. My poor guy. I will work on getting back on track here tomorrow. Things will be settling down.
