Well, I kind of fell off the healthy and low-calorie eating. The good news is that even if I kind of blow the diet at night, I am doing so much better during the day that the net is still positive. I still managed to lose a pound last week.
I have prepared some meals this week, so hopefully, it will be easier when I get home from work.
I have a diabetes doctor's appointment on Friday. I know my numbers will be better which is more important than anything else.
I will post Friday after my doctor's appointment.
