Ok...so I'm down 10 lbs. from my heaviest since 3/15/11. I only have 6 lbs. to go to reach my first goal (200). I'm pretty pumped about it. I'd actually like to be 198 when I leave for my cruise (5/21) and I know I can do it!
I'm going to stay within my RDI each day and at least walk 45 minutes everyday. It's time to hit the ground running!!!!!!!!!!!

When I stepped on that scale this morning I almost start speaking in tongues!!!!! LOL!!!
I'm going to really push myself until this cruise (24 days) and really live a healthier lifestyle!!!
No more cheating or excuses!

Yea!!!! Anniemae--how very wonderful. You are doing so very awesome. At this rate you will reach that 199.5 before I do. I would race you--I have a small lead--but you are going so great guns, I would just lose. Keep it up. Bonnie

Thanks, Bonnie! My weight has been staggering around the 207 mark for too long. Actually, I haven't really been changing anything up or being really committed like I was in the beginning. But now I'm motivated and excited!!!!
