Enjoyed my first K very much...even though I was passed by young (fit) mothers with their tricycle baby strollers...and also by one old man. The old man was actually an inspiration because I hope that I am in as good of shape as he is when I am his age. I finished just a little above my goal time. And, signed up for another 5K next weekend. The BEST thing, though, is that my husband has caught my enthusiasm and did his first run last night- and he says that he enjoyed it. ;-)
