My new motivation....A picture does really speak a 1000 words and this one told me GET MOVING!!!!!
After seeing this back side shot of me Easter, I have decided ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I am tired of being depressed when someone captures a shot like this. I am tired of in family photos having to position my boys in front of me to hide the bulges.
I have sent this photo to my phone and have it where I can refer to it when I am thinking that one piece of cake won't hurt right....well when I weigh 120 pounds, maybe not, but at 180 IT DOES!!!!!
