sometimes i forget how bad my eating gets when im really depressed and have low energy- I've barely eaten 40% of my calories today and so undesired to make anything. its almost 7pm and ive been up since 3am. but i know that will lead to a bigger problem if I don't.

I’ve had that happen to me, too. (Very rarely though!) If you think you “should” eat but don’t really want to, I’d recommend some raw, (sweet, so they don’t need dressing) veggies: tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers or the like. Maybe a few nuts, too. You will get your nutrients without eating a full meal.

I usually stick to 25g or less of nuts; they’re usually salty, which is a problem for me, and are quite high in calories if eaten in larger amounts.
