Just a reminder to myself first. If you got a flat tire, you wouldn't slash the other 3 just because 1 was messed up. You'd figure out a way to get it fixed and keep moving forward. So why do you keep quitting when you hit a little road bump with your workouts or nutrition? Stop slashing your other 3 tires!! Pick yourself back up and keep going!! You only fail if you quit
