Well I'm not sure how I lost 4 lbs in a day but I'm sure it's a fluke. I only started this yesterday and I know it's going to get harder. I've joined a couple challenges and the no pop is driving me CRAZY!! I can deal with the no fast food and unhealthy snacks. We don't have a fast food place in my town except for a pizza place and I have a gluten allergy so I can stay away from that pretty easy. I do work at a big bakery and that makes the the gluten intake an issue. Very hard to be around fresh baked breads and not want to eat them all.
