Yes really well done...perhaps you can make your own pancakes...I am sure the batter will keep in the fridge for quite a few days...perhaps to vary the nutritional value replace the grapes with strawberries & other fruits you might like...to lower cal intake perhaps you could use low fat yoghurt with a drop of vanilla & fresh fruit to sweeten...hope this helps...keep up the good work! I will have to google Go-Kan-Ryu...haven't heard of it...is there any chance you can do any part of the work out at home?

Congratulations, you're doing so well. Martial arts is a wonderful thing, I do karare with Kumiai Ryu, new lease on life.
As for your pancake dilemma, I recently discovered the most amazing pancakes made only of 2 eggs and 1 banana. You just blend the ingredients (maybe with cinnamon &/or vanilla) the pour on the hot plate. They take a little onger than ordinary pancakes but are wonderful, sweet & fluffy. I recommend eating them with your fruit & yoghurt because they can sometimes be a little dry. They go amazingly with strawberries & blueberries!!
Best of luck!

Thank you ss1060, Petali and Mbrenn11 =)
I will be making my own pancakes soonish and keeping them in the freezer. I also want to make some blueberry muffins as alternative breakfast food, But I am hunting down a healthy version i like.
When I have time I practice a few moves at home. And I really need to get back into my Yoga and Tai Chi

I read somewhere, recently, maybe here lol! Simple and healthy pancake mixture - 2 eggs and a banana (blended). Can't get much simpler - I will have to try it myself :)
