still struggling with my sugar and sodium levels, agh! my average daily calorie last month was 1800/1900 because I ended up not eating night snacks due to high sugar and sodium levels....i know i need to eat more nutritionally dense foods to get my max calories AND stay within my limits for macros, it's just so hard!
