It was a good weekend but horrible for the diet. I knew that I was going to have weekends like these, and my goal has always been just to minimize the frequency. So the count is 2 horrible diet days since the last week of Jan.
It's very hard not to beat myself up over this, but I know it won't be productive to do it. It was a holiday with family, it's over now and I can get back to paying better attention to what I eat.
I'm not going to weigh in this week, but will resume normal weigh in's next monday. I doubt that I've really gained, and any increase would more than likely be within normal fluctuations, but bleh... don't want to obsess over either a gain or no loss.
