LOL i do the same thing once in a while dont feel bad! we all need to treat ourselves or else well be driven to maddness.

You really should avoid weighing in the morning after a Spike Day. I weigh-in no earlier than 3 days after mine. Its just too much food for your body to rid of in 12 hours.

Agreed about the weighing in. Attempting to give everyone a play by play of the diet. How it works and what to expect though :)
