lakukan workout Get Fit challenge, gerakannya di website chloeting.com, jenis: resistance, Full Body, dilakukan 21 day, rest day 5 hari, durasi 30 menit/day, peralatan: Fitness Mat, Resistance Bands, Dumbbells, sehari melakukan 4 video, 5 video, 3 video. banyak orang yang workout ini mendapat hasil badan ideal gak bohong. lihat video youtube berjudul:Get Fit Challenge 21 hari workoutnya Chloe Ting.

Udh coba kak yg 28 hari bb turun cuma 2 kg. Lingkar badan emang turun. Massa otot pst naik jg. Skrg lg bnykin cardio. Cloe nya 2-3x aj seminggu

orang-orang bisa turun berkilo kilo. aku mentok seminggu 0.2 kg... 😂😂😂

Deunnik klo mau cepet coba diet telor di utube dokter saddam ismail. Aku coba 6 hari bb ku turun 2,1 kg. Bnyk yg berhasil. Klo mau cpt nyambi olga cardio. Citing day seminggu 1x atau 2 minggu 1x lbh bagus
