After Legs yesterday we went to the park with the dogs. Took new pictures, which was great, but I was tired. I also slept terribly last night and am bloated and tired today. I'm going to take a Rest Day today, and am seriously considering taking one tomorrow as well, then starting back on Monday.
I tried 3 days on this week, and obviously my body hates that. I'm going back to 2 days on, 1 day off. I'm not sure why I always try to force myself to work out 5-6 days in a row like I did when I was younger. I work so hard that my body does better with less days in a row. Maybe it will take longer to get to my goals this way, but consistency is more important than quitting due to exhaustion.
I'm also seriously adjusting right now from all of the fat I'm losing. Deep tissue adipose stores a ton of chemicals and pollutants - pretty much everything you've been exposed to since you were in the womb. So I shouldn't be so hard on myself right now - my body is most likely trying to deal with a ton of toxins at the moment. As you lose the fat, the toxins get released. I've never been this small, so I'd imagine it's running into crap back from the 1970's, haha.
