Starting Weight Watchers again...
First meeting tonight! It feels all new in some ways because the Core program is gone and the Momentum program is the thing AND my mother, sister, and niece all joined at the same time. In other ways it hasn't changed. I hate the leader...she just rubs me the wrong way and I do blame her a little bit for always holding me up as an example to the rest of the group. Lucky (?) for me there is a super annoying, over sharing guy named David that has since taken my place as the go to guy.
I am going to stay positive and not get side tracked.
I am also going to buy the cute Muppet-esque "Hungry" monster...SO CUTE.
