I did it! I hit my target weight. I’m back to pre-Covid levels!! 12kg in five months - four if you discount December where I didn’t exercise or watch what I ate.
That’s the weight sorted. Now it’s time to tone the muscles on the old body!!

Good luck with that. It was the combination of calorie counting, daily exercise and much less alcohol!!!
