I'm down in the 140's if only barely.. It has seemed like such a huge push and effort to see the back of the 150's. I've realised that to keep consistently dropping calories restriction, alone is not enough. I've been researching heavily and have seen quite a few articles on the thermokenisiac affect of different macros on the metabolism. I hope to ease my journey by building up on those higher thermo requisite foods.. to assist my efforts. And I am determined to keep some discipline on the weekends, and up my sports rather than enjoy a wine.. as the evenings get brighter I'm much happier to be about exploring and getting into interesting activities. I need to remind myself I am such a bear of the winter, and should try harder to counteract, my hybernation tendencies in the Winter months??
Are there any other bears out there?? How do you cope with all the Wintry darknesses??
