darn darn darn. I want my motivation back. I am phsyed at night and first thing in the morning. but lose it before or during lunch. I have got to get back to doing all the necessary rules to get back on track. Why is it so hard? I did so well to start - nothing stood in the way- now I am struggling. Tomorrow -- keep tracking, more water, stay within points, and do more exercise. Take lunch or get subway mini go to circuit training. Need to do it all. Day one not good, but not as bad as I figured.
