darn darn darn. I want my motivation back.
I am phsyed at night and first thing in the morning. but lose it before or during lunch.
I have got to get back to doing all the necessary rules to get back on track. Why is it so hard?
I did so well to start - nothing stood in the way- now I am struggling.
Tomorrow -- keep tracking, more water, stay within points, and do more exercise. Take lunch or get subway mini go to circuit training. Need to do it all.
Day one not good, but not as bad as I figured.

Don't beat yourself up so much. Sometimes it can be just minor tweaks to stay within points, like focusing on getting in more veggies during lunch and subway is an awesome option. I love the turkey 6 inch sub-only 6 points and you can get apple slices for only 1 additional point. Best of luck to you. You can totally do it!

Everyday you have to recommit or be committed! I totally snarfed the ice cream on tuesday night.....and then I got up and exercised the next morning....so it goes. We are still better for trying. We can do this...we have our whole lives to finish.
