I got up late, rode my bike to work in the pouring rain. Then I missed lunch and ended up snacking on garbage. Was so hungry by the break I ended up gorging myself on dinner.
Not a good day. Except for the bike ride.

Whoa cowgirl...if you log 3293 in kcals of exercise and 1591 in kcals of food...that is a kick a** day. Maybe not the best food but not anything to be down about....BTW: Anyone who rides in the rain becomes one of my PEOPLE....LOL. New PEEPS I love it.
Seriously...when you get those rides in, don't worry about upping the Kcals a bit. My body notices the rides next day...tonight after a busy high Kcal ride today with work I am still not hungry...Tomorrow, I'll be ravenous.
