Food Intake and times:
Myofusion shake w/4oz skim milk @ 7:15 am
Snickers marathon bar @ 9:30
Snickers Marathon bar @ 1:15
Marie Callendar roasted turkey @ 4:45
Total Calories-- 950
Total Calories before 4:45pm-- 600

I kept my net carbs right around @ 40until 4:45 which is pretty good for me, protein intake solid. Not sure if the Diet Dr. Pepper has adverse effects or not.. I will consult Russell on that topic. Was REALLY hungry around 2pm, tomorrow will be better.. Was not equipped w/the food I needed to make this day go smoothly. However, I toughed it out. The rest of the evening will consist of the other 1500 calories I need to scarf down. Big protein shake before bed and protein/carbs after my workout at 7. Gonna tear this chest up!
Feelings about diet: Will let you know tomorrow :) I will find a better template of recording this stuff, right now I just want to go pick up my daughter, hit the park, and then hit the gym. PEACE!

I just found a thread you initially started about this diet in the forum. I am super intrigued! Definitely let me know. I DO know that if I eventually did this, I think I'd have to keep my spike days to my typical types of foods, just simply more of them. I just feel SICK and sluggish if I have fast foods and junk. I think I could get my calories up through things like almonds, peanut butter, and wine though!

Not saying that you can't have them or shouldn't have them, but you might want to limit your Dr. Peppers and Snickers Marathon bars to one a day. Those snicker bars are really no better for you than the candy. There are plenty of better, more wholesome choices. The soda causes gas and ups your cholesterol. The less you have of the bubbly, the better all the way around.

The sad part is that the 32oz Diet soda I drank was much much less than I typically do. And the only reason I had all those marathon bars is because I had no other choices at the office that were consistent blend of protein + carb. The Marathon bars are really high in fiber though and only have 9grams of sugar along with 18 significant additions of vitamins and minerals. I agree not the best choice, but the cheapest and easiest to throw down at the office :) I'm going to pick up some nuts, jerky, salami sticks, for next week.
