Ate out TWICE yesterday and managed to keep things reasonably reasonable. The light breakfast put be behind the hunger curve all day though. Luckily things didn't get ugly.
111.6 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
