I gained .6 pounds. I was so excited yesterday to finally get under 160. I weighed 159.8 and today I am 160.4. I ate all natural peanut butter with no sugar yesterday, so not sure if that is what did it. I eat almonds and pecans and still lose, so thought I would try peanut butter. I also didn't drink as much as I use to and I had some unsweeten ice tea. today I am not going to eat any peanut butter and drink more to see if that helps.
