Today I am starting to record my food intake to see how many calories I am actually taking in daily. This is the first time I have done this as I am not overweight and being in the military I am fairly active but I still can lose at least 10-15 lbs to be at the optimal weight for my height. I want to do some more research in to the Blood Type Diet before I make the decision to pursue it. Until then I will continue to improve my eating habits and exercise regime.
