My BF accused me of not trying the other day and it really hit a nerve with me. fact is i am not. I know i can loose weight because i have done it before and quite well too. I went to the gym last night and really pushed myself. I am not expecting over night changes, but i am going to set some goals for myself and stick to them. I will go to the gym at least 2 times a week and i will eat breakfast, other than coffee, at least 5 times a week, this is including weekends. I would like to exercise more but i am going to pace myself, i do not want to get burned out.
