Well, Did good all week until the end. Between two halloween parties and my friends making all you can eat buffalo wings for dinner Saturday night, I hijacked my diet. Back on the wagon this morning! Lesson learned. Would really like to be to 250lbs by the end of this month, but that may be a stretch, Certainly by the end of the year.
