I did another accidental 24-hour fast, as work was just too hectic yesterday to take the time to eat the breakfast & lunch I packed in 😂🤦♀️. So, I had a high-calorie dinner last night, 2 slices of Future life high protein bread, lancewood balsamic vinegar & onion dip, spinach, tomato and bacon, pretty delicious actually! 893 calories in total
