因為太冷,昨晚老公說要去買烤肉,鹹酥雞,但遲遲不動身,到了七點半只好煮泡麵吃!明知我8點後不吃,還拖拖拉拉,太沒誠意了!我吃晚餐時,假意問他要吃什麼?還是要去買?他竟然說:那煮水餃好了!😠😠😠 幸好他吃完有很自覺去洗碗。 今天中午直接燕麥餅當午餐! 其實以前時常這樣,零食才是主餐。現在想說有年紀了要追求一點健康,所以要求自己儘量吃對的東西! 今日下午茶:花生奶油麵包+小蕃茄!冷天吃吃奶油太讚了!
