Day 2 of my restart today. Yesterday I got to spend 2.5 hours horseback and ate reasonably. I got BBQ, but I ate a smaller amount(leftovers) and had a Chobani complete to top off my day and make sure I ate enough calories. I'm going back to horseback ride today. I started a new migraine medicine this week and am hopeful that I will have fewer migraines when fronts move in which is a huge trigger for me.
