I must stop the cakes .I am eating way too much carbs. No fasting. This week i am back to fasting and keeping carbs below 20 gram. 🤷🏽♀️🙆🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️I have put on 4.5 kgs 😡. Lets try no / minimum dairy this week .
