Ok, the caffeine/Diet Coke thing is done. I've been really complacent lately eating whatever I want and it's starting to show. Time to get back on the program hardcore. It starts with tracking, so here we go.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
