so it took me 3 weeks to get back to this weight. I was a HUGE slacker in the exercise and the eating department. there were birthday parties after birthday parties. There were social gatherings, parties, heavy drinking nights out.
AWFUL ON ALL ACCOUNTS (food and health wise. I had terrific fun lol)

I'm feeling a little more motivated for the week. Maybe it's because this constant nice weather is making me feel the time crunch of bathing suit season. Shit, even SHORTS season lol.

So I'm eating less and going back to some vegan tendencies as oppose to just veg because my veg definition allows cheese, butter, and eggs. KILLERS! lol

Cheese is the death of me. I know it.

So this week I'm hoping to get back on the band wagon and start to record my food and exercise as much as I can.
