I've hit a plateau. I'm ok with that. I've lost going on 63 pounds. I'm now 272 pounds. I'm still doing lower carb at around 100g of carbs a day. if I did net and subtract fiber and such it would be way less but again I'm doing this to moderate my blood levels and blood pressure for the most part. either way I've lowered my BP by about 15 points on the top number. I dropped my A1C by something like 2 and bit points and of course the 63 odd pounds I dropped. I may go hardcore for a couple weeks and add fasting back in and see about dropping another 40 or so. 235 would be interesting. eh we shall see.
