Well I noticed in the last week that I have been seeing myself eat more & excersise less. I get the energy at times & then there are those tiomes where I rather sit around. i use to be 230 lbs. I went down to 165 my doctor said gain wieght. Then he told me to lose wieght. I have maintained a 170 to 180 pounds for a few years now & have won the battle of diabetes. No more poking myself with needles oe medicen. I have to get down to at least 155 in order to be more healthy. I dont want to suffer like my dad did. So here I start again with the hopes that I can do it this year. Depression will leave as long as I focus. At the age I am at now. This is to me the start to a bitter end.
