昨天傍晚感到氣噗噗,吃了一包餅乾950卡,接著把老公吃剩的140克蘿蔔糕也吃光,幸好理智就回籠了,沒再吃晚餐,至今天中午完成久違的186間歇斷食!!
午餐:煎蘿蔔糕和鹹年糕,蘿蔔排骨湯。沒有青菜,因為女兒晚起然後就佔著廚房說要做情人節甜點,沒空間讓我洗菜。
生活確實需要儀式感,年輕時挺重視生活的儀式感,然後也不知道從什麼時候開始就不重視不在乎了,是走著走著就累了倦了?還是對人及生活都失望的時候呢?
等等要去打第3劑疫苗,原本不想打,但是家人都要我打,所以還是打好打滿吧!

打完疫苗多休息多喝水!不過我個人是打完第三劑BNT就爆炸無敵肥,體重漲到人生最高峰!不曉得真應該怪自己?還是疫苗?😤🤔(是疫苗吧?😝😅)
