Day 4 today i get a rest from squats chellenge, but going to do other workouts 2day. my goal is to loose 4lb every 2weeks and weigh myself every wednesday moirning so only a few more days till week 1 is complete so i can c how much weight if any i have lost............. DETERMINATION is the key
