The scales were friendly this morning and that is nice, it has been a while since I was in the 120's. Really hope i stick with it well over the weekend, I think I will as i don't want to loose ground now. Must admit I feel like there is not anything good to look forward to food wise as normally the weekend is for eating yummy things. I need to find something to replace all the bad items. Wasn't quite as 'hungry' yesterday evening so that was good. Forgot my lunch to day and all my snacks, but my husband is running it out to me as he has the day off, so that is nice. Still don't have a great deal of energy, kinda flat, but I am not as tired as I was. Yes Veggies I had some protein for breakfast, but no veggies :D
