Was busy today. Between getting the school day started for our school, a last minute wedding this morning, our food pantry got a huge truck in today and a friend needing help load a sign, I didn't eat a mid-morning snack and was weak and hungry come lunch time. As always, when I don't stick to my plan and a overly hungry, I overly eat(I understand this is not grammatically correct, but wanted to make my point). All I had was salad, veggies and cottage cheese, but still ate until I was stuffed. In the end, I didn't go over my Caloric desire for a meal, but I am convicted. Philippians 3:19 warns us about making our stomachs our God, sacrificing to it, making exceptions for it, making it the most important thing in our lives.
Remember, God loves YOU!!
