Wait,Wait-back up.. why is red meat bad?😲🥺I have iron deficiency and nurses or doctors are always insisting I eat red meat, does it make you gain weight?. wow! shocked.

What 😱😱 red meat is like the healthiest thing you can eat 🥩🥩🥩 I agree with the rest, but don't starve yourself of the most bio-available protein and essential nutrients from red meat 😭

Ms.Harrison there are many other sources of iron other than red meat. Many other foods have more available iron per gram than red meat. Google a bit and see what fits your preference ;)

This looks like torture 😱 Good luck!
But unless you have digestive issues, I don't see why you would cut out dairy and lean red meat. But if it's only 14 days, I guess that's ok if you feel like a challenge 😁
