I feel like being naughty today. I'm really craving carbs and I'd love a great big dessert. I've done okay today but I'm looking for an excuse to be bad. I don't know how to get myself out of this mind set.

treat yourself!! go get some low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt... or you can get the fat free cool whip, and put a few spoons over strawberries, and it will feel like a dessert! yum yum! only 15 calories for 2 tbsp.!! You've been doing great, you deserve a treat! Carbs... maybe eat the whole wheat pasta, good fiber count in it.

Breyers make a GREAT Low Carb Chocolate or Rocky Road (w/almonds) Ice Cream that I used to eat on low carb. I was on it for 4 yrs and got down to a sz 4. Or Sugar Free Chocolate or Candy. Just watch those sugar alcohols can come back to haunt you, if you eat way too much. (Gas & Cramping)

Thanks. I live in the uk so I don't have brayers. i managed okay but today im gonna buy some sugar free sweets or chocolate.

OK~ I like what Christiet said. It is so simple and easy and it is a great treat! Sugarfree black cherry jello (which I hated jello before this) and whipped cream in the can! (totally low carb) You take the jello and put a nice squirt of whipped cream on the top and dessert in seconds. Yummy :P
