Holidays & winter foods making it more difficult than I'd planned.
Besides, deep down I'm a foodie.. I'm already planning several meal fav's for when I near my goal!!

Like in ..... come lets go - we have other plates to look at .... what is it that you believe that I am doing ? Food Critique ??? This is a nice plate and the food choices are good and it is well portioned - that all works for me.

I could eat that .... easy .... I could eat that ... like tomorrow morning for breakfast (one egg one meat pattie) I already took out my bison burger and a crumpet. Thank you for the idea ... sorry about the Kafuffle.
