It's been a while since I really took the time to reflect and journal. Even though I haven't been as consistent as I would like to be, I am still very proud of myself this time around. With the amount of stressors in my life right now, I am thankful that my commitment to my health has remained a priority.

Finding the time to work out when your days are already jam packed with things to do and there's never enough time to do them is always a challenge, but at least I get in cardio and weights at least 3 times a week. I'm under the weather this week so my heart rate may not have been as high as it should've been, but hey, I still worked out pretty hard. The next 3 months will probably be even busier than the last 3 months, so I'm lacing up shoes and hanging on for the ride. Things always turn out okay when you keep God first!
