Okay I am not losing weight as fast as this is seeming ...I learned that I shouldn't weigh myself with Jeans on...so that definitely counts...but I did add 2 hours of exercise a week, plus weightlifting..I am following the biggest loser exercise routine he said an hour a day of cardio and 3 30 minutes sessions a week of weightlifting ...I walk 4-5 miles a day jog a mile of it...then weight lift for ten to fifteen minutes, plus my first week on the diet it was my period so I think bloat counted
